This policy explains how re:speech handles information when you use the app and this website.

Information used

re:speech uses your email address to send sign-in codes and maintain your session. It uses language preferences, conversation context, and the audio you choose to record to deliver spoken coaching.

Audio and coaching

Audio is captured and processed only while you choose to record. re:speech does not store raw audio in the app. Your recorded turn may be transmitted securely for transcription and coaching so the service can respond.

Purpose and control

Information is used to authenticate you, provide and secure the coaching experience, prevent misuse, and respond to support or legal requests. Do not submit sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for your practice.

Your requests

You may ask a privacy question or make an access, correction, or deletion request through the secure contact route. It opens with the Project intent pre-filled as re:speech privacy rights request.
